• Hi, my hosting contacted that php error log is full. I get this error. What is it related to? Line 65 seems to be related to variations but I don’t have variations in my store. What should I do or check?

  • Hi,

We could not repeat the same error from our side.

Please make sure to update the plugin to the latest version.

If the problem persists, try testing the plugin on a test website that contains only the WooCommerce plugin and the original WordPress theme.

If the problem disappears, it will be due to a conflict with your theme or plugin.
If it persists, please tell us which version of PHP you are using.

    Thank you and best regards,

Hi, I think it was my side of error, wpallimport was importing qty steps from spreadsheet but one field had 0,9 and not 0.9 as woocommerce does not like commas in numbers. I also tried to up upgrade php from 8.0 to 8.2 and got some depricated notifications but 8.1 seems to work fine.

    Hi,

Okay, I’ll forward that to the development team to look into it for you.

    Thank you and best regards,

    Hello,

If the previous warning has been resolved, that’s great. If you encounter any deprecated warnings from our plugin, please provide the entire error message, and we will address it.

If the issue has been resolved, that’s excellent.

    Regards,
    Kousik Mukherjee
