    We had a site that experienced a redirect hack to a pornographic website. The attacker was able to get the redirect script on the site by exploiting a vulnerability with this plugin. This needs to be resolved ASAP

    We are so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue. Rest assured, WordPress does not approve any plugin that contains malicious code or function. If you have installed the plugin directly from the WordPress repository, then the plugin is completely secure.
