php version update

  • I ‘ve just updated my php version from 5.3 to 5.5 and now I have error in estabilishing connection with database on my site.

    Do I need to wait some time for it to get working, or fix something?

    I am using hosting with H Sphere CPanel.

    Waiting won’t help. You should:

    1. Try contacting your host about this. They can help you better
    2. Check error_log file in your file manager to see if there’s some error (it is at same place as wp-content, wp-includes folders in usual cPanel config)
