PHP version rolled back?

    Hi guys!

    Love this plugin, first off.

    Second, witnessed something strange a couple of weeks ago – it seems that this plugin downgraded its required PHP version, but i don’t see anything in the update files to corroborate this.

    In our previous version, it was:

    Requires PHP: 7.0.0
    Requires at least: 5.0

    Now it’s:

    Requires PHP: 5.6.20
    Requires at least: 3.0

    I would imagine the requirements are just downgraded, but want to make sure. Any ideas?
