PHP update with hostgator not working

I did. They told me I was running Php version 7.4.

Check your .htaccess file. Is there anything there that specifies a PHP version? If not, also look for a php.ini file.

what health check site says? Some errors, maybe recommendations?

1. Turn off MultiPHP Manager
2. Back up everything
3. Remove all wp
4. make clean istallation of wp
