PHP Uncaught fatal error

After installing it says: “Your TMP is bad.” with a button to fix. After clicking it it disappears.
Uppon importing the settings, either manually or through JSON, it gives a fatal error. and I cannot get to it without deleting the plugin.

I tried re-installing the plugin through the plugin library and manually with both the plugin from the directory (0.9.5) and from the GitHub (0.9.7). They keep returning this critical error.

This same form with the same settings works on a different installation (0.9.5)
