PHP Timeout – Increased PHP Limit – cPanel compromised during backup

    Back up is very, very slow since latest update. Problems with PHP Timeout. We increased the PHP Timeout limit (twice) and was able to create a successful back-up.

    It took an extremely long time (went to sleep as it was so slow).

    During this time our CPANEL was compromised through an Italian IP which added a DNS record and created a webpage that set our website into a Google Decline state. Our SERP results with google are now also being affected.

    ** i just checked our SERPs again and we have been totally removed from results.

    Community websites that support local community engagement, unemployed citizens, a directory of all business in our area plus many more results – all have been removed from Google.
