php syntax error
-
Just noticed this error on one of my sites. Not sure how long it’s been there, but it’s been long enuogh that a google search for the error brings the site up in a search.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘swell’ (T_STRING) in /home/roompod/public_html/wp-content/themes/swell-lite/content/logo-title.php on line 1
error log shows the same thing. Works fine with 2015.
Looks like there’s a lot of sites showing this error:
https://www.google.com/search?q=PHP+Parse+error%3A+syntax+error%2C+unexpected+%27swell%27+(T_STRING)+in+%2Fhome%2Froompod%2Fpublic_html%2Fwp-content%2Fthemes%2Fswell-lite%2Fcontent%2Flogo-title.php&oq=PHP+Parse+error%3A+syntax+error%2C+unexpected+%27swell%27+(T_STRING)+in+%2Fhome%2Froompod%2Fpublic_html%2Fwp-content%2Fthemes%2Fswell-lite%2Fcontent%2Flogo-title.php&aqs=chrome..69i57.590j0j7&sourceid=chrome&es_sm=119&ie=UTF-8
Deactivating and activating the theme, and reinstalling the theme all had no effect. Tried changing the logo image and title text, also no change.
Any ideas?
