    Hi

I am currently using version 3.5.1 wordpress. However I have been advised by my web host the the site is ‘spawning multiple php processes’ which is consuming all of the server’s cpu. Due to this they have suspended my site until this has been rectified.

Please be aware that I am not a developer or programmer so I have not changed/hacked the code for wordpress or anyof the plugins used on my site.

    events manager – 5.3.7
    business directory – 3.0.2
    wp-ui – 0.8.7
    magic action box – 2.9.5
    jet pack – 2.2.2
    yoast seo – 1.4.6
    wow slider – trunk
    contact form 7 – 3.3.1
    recaptcha – 0.0.12

Any advise or information that you can offer regarding the php spawning issue or possible conflicts between the plugins would be most appreciated.

    Kindest regards
    Val

  • Hi. I had a look through the support forums for the plugins you listed and couldn’t see anyone else with similar problems. What theme are you using? Are your host allowing you any access to your site at the moment?

I see from your post on the Events Manager support thread that you’re still awaiting further information from your host, please post back here when they get back to you. Until we get more information, I’m not sure how much help can be offered on this, sorry.

    Hi

Thanks for coming back to me. I have managed to resolve the problem, it turns out the site was hit by a brute for attack, so I have added more security to prevent/handle this in the future.

    Thanks again
    Val ??

Glad you’re issue’s now resolved. Thanks for posting back. ??
