Php shortcode does not work like [google-translator]

Hello,

I am using below PHP shortcode for Google Language Translator in my header.php. The problem with that shortcode is that it’s not working like what i saved in my settings. It’s showing google toolbar and google branding which i don’t need and i set it off in the settings. i don’t know why Still it’s showing. Can somebody help me please to resolve this issue?
