PHP short open tag in include/lcp-post-builder.php

The file include/lcp-post-builder.php has a short PHP open tag (‘<?’) instead of a full one (‘<?php’). Use of short tags is discouraged, and they don’t seem to be used in other PHP files in the extension.
I’d like to suggest that this short tag be replaced with a full tag.
