PHP Notice when plugin is active

    This notice is coming up numerous times on each page as soon as I activated the plugin.

    PHP Notice: Undefined index: fields in /wp-content/mu-plugins/cpt-onomies/cpt-onomy.php on line 1689

    It’s happening on both front-end and admin pages. With front-end posts it’s coming up several times before and several times after each instance of post content. I’ve tried it as a regular plugin as well as MU with the same outcome.

    As long as ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’ is off it doesn’t seem to effecting anything. I haven’t started actively using the plugin yet, so I’m not sure yet whether it will effect it. I’m planning to continue using it unless there is a major error. I’ll try to add details if anything comes up as I work. Let me know if I can provide any further info.
