PHP Notice when options aren’t set

Hi Ben,

I noticed in my logs that the error “PHP Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /bm-custom-login/bm-custom-login.php on line 100” was being logged when the WP option for the login form customizations hadn’t yet been set.
