    Found in debug.log after using the Lost Password link:

    PHP Notice: Undefined index: user_login in …/wp-content/plugins/bnfw/bnfw.php on line 633.

    WP 5.8.1, PHP 7.4

    This is just a notice and can be safely ignored.
    How did you/a user trigger the Lost Password – For User notification?

    I used the Forgot Password link on this page:
    https://cornerstone-primary-care.com/member-login/?redirect_to=%2Fmember-area%2F

    I know that the PHP Notice is not urgent right now, but in my own code I try to fix PHP Notices as soon as they pop up.

    Hi @zudie,
    Ah, it sounds like the membership plugin you’re using isn’t passing enough parameters for the password reset function within WordPress. You may wish to check with the membership plugin to see if they can help. I believe this was a change made in WordPress 4.x.
