    Hi there,

    I’m seeing this notice

PHP Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in wp-content/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/sdk/freemius/includes/class-freemius.php on line 7767

Just thought I’d let you know.

    Thanks
    Ben

    Hello @benbodhi

Thank you for using our plugin and for reporting this issue. By any chance, would you be able to give us more details about the notification? For example:

    1) Is it happening when you activate the plugin only, or when you do something specific?

    2) Is it happening often, or was it a one time notification?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi there,

It was happening periodically while the plugin was active, but not doing anything specific. I was just watching the logs using tail and noticed it.

    Hello @benbodhi

We spoke to Freemius and they confirmed that the issue is in their SDK (that we use in our plugin) and it is related to PHP 7.4 and above. Also, since it is a notice it doesn’t affect the functionality of the product.

Freemius are already working on a fix and it will be available in one of the upcoming updates.

In the meantime, please let me know if you have any other concerns or questions and I will be happy to help.

Nice! Glad you found the culprit and they’re working on it.
Yeah, no effect on front end, just adding to log files is all.
    Thanks for the swift action.

    Hello @benbodhi

The latest update of the plugin, which we released a few days ago, included an updated version of the Freemius SDK. Can you please update your copy of the plugin and advise if this issue persists or not?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi @robert681
    Sorry for the late reply!

I believe it must be sorted, I haven’t noticed it lately on any sites using it and I keep them all up to date ??
