I have reviewed your queries and found that this type of issue might become once your plugin not activated correctly or there is some files missing.

Can you please deactivate our plugin again and install it again so, it might be works fine.

Generally, we have created new custom post type on plugin activate but, that custom post type name is “size-chart” and it’s not created on your site.

It might be possible that your site does not allow creating a new custom post type of there is another plugin conflicting.

It would be good that you can provide us a list of installed and activated plugin lists and current theme names which help us to troubleshoot your query.

Can you please deactivate our plugin again and install it again so, it might be works fine.

I have deactivated and reactivated this plugin and I cannot replicate the error now

Thanks for providing the details.

For the custom post type creation query, you need to check-in the database and search like wp_posta table type = ‘size-chart’ found or not.

Or you can try to install our plugin with another fresh WordPress setup and activate only WooCommerce and our plugin and check still you have the same issue.
