Hey, I just installed that plugin but im getting this error message:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /homepages/…/wp-content/plugins/avatar-privacy/includes/avatar-privacy/components/class-avatar-handling.php on line 269

But the avatar is showing. What’s the issue here?

    Cheers

Edit: This message is being displayed whereever the avatar is being displayed. Wheter on the admin side or the front-end

It would seem you have got a non-null user ID for some object, but it does not point to a valid user in the database. On what page/in which situation does this happen?

You were right I think. I just deleted all comments on my test-page. Seems like there was a comment left over from an account I deleted. The notice is gone after deleting those comments. And its not coming back upon posting a new comment.

    Sorry for bothering.

No bother. There should not be a PHP notice. I’ll add a check for invalid user IDs in the next release.
