I have this error multiple times in my debug.log file. I think of each connection of an custom role user.

Thanks for reporting the issue. This happens indeed when a user without manage-privacy capability accesses the back-end. We’re aware of the issue, and a fix is ready:
https://github.com/Really-Simple-Plugins/complianz-gdpr/tree/catch-not-existing-submenu-for-user-rolesIt will get released in the coming update. Until then you can use this branch to prevent further notices in your logs.
