    I keep seeing the error below generated in my error logs. Is this an error from Jetpack or is this a configuration setting I need to adjust?

    PHP Notice: Function map_meta_cap was called incorrectly. The post type jp_vid_sitemap is not registered, so it may not be reliable to check the capability edit_post against a post of that type.

    If additional info is required please let me know.

    Hey @jahrat – jp_vid_sitemap looks related to Jetpack Video Sitemap – I’m checking with our team on how this error can be resolved. I will update you once we reach a conclusion.

    Hey @jahrat – could you please confirm if you are using any other sitemap plugin? If yes, could you please disable that plugin and make sure only the Jetpack sitemap is enabled (not any other sitemap plugin or sitemapfeature from a plugin).

    If not, then could you please try to deactivate and then reactivate the “Sitemaps” module within Jetpack?

    Thank you for the response. I do not see another plugin that generates a site map although it may be possible to. I have deactivated and reactivated the option as suggested. I will monitor and let you know if it reoccurs within the next week.

    This error has not returned in my logs so I think it is safe to close this topic.
