PHP Notice

When I have debugging turned on, I’m getting this notice:

Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead. in /var/www/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3387

…at the top of every page in the admin. Any change of getting this deprecated functionality updated in the next version to avoid this error message? Thanks…
