PHP imagick extension MISSING

I purchased WP Quiz pro several months ago and was unable to use it on the hosting site I had, Arvixe (not recommended), because they did not have the PHP imagick extension, so I switched over to Siteground which I was told supports all things WordPress. So installed this thing over there and I am getting this error: WP Quiz Pro Notice: PHP imagick extension is missing, please install this extension to enable the Facebook Quiz type.

I do not understand why this is used if no one has it readily available. Can someone tell me how I can get this so I can finally use the product I paid for?
