• Hi,
I contacted support multiple times but never received the required information. I have the full paid version of this plugin.

I want to write a PHP file that posts whatever I want to my social networks configured in the wordpress plugin. I was unable to find documentation for this. Support have been unhelpful (when they answer at all).

Has anyone succeeded in doing this? If so could you please provide sample code?

    Thanks

    Hello,
I am getting no response contacting the premium support despite being a paying member. I have contacted support on multiple occasions, through the support system and answering to emails and the answers (when you answered, which has not been the case in the last 48 hours) have not helped me.

In the last 48 hours I sent several emails to support on that topic with no response.

I am opening up the questions to the community here which hopefully will be more responsive. What I am trying to achieve is pretty standard so probably somebody has an answer here.

Rather than spend the time writing that I should not ask for support here, why do you not answer to my emails / questions?

Hi NextScripts, this is a bit of an odd case. As a plugin author, officially not allowed to support your commercial products here (as you already know), but the OP doesn’t appear to want support from you anyway. I’ll talk this over with my peers.

Okay, it still is the case that you’re not allowed to support commercial products/ services here.

@xberg, Yeah that’s cool, you just have to exclude the author from the community.
