PHP Function to Add Accessibility Elements to Job Board

I’m looking for a PHP function to do the following to help the site pass AA Compliance:

? add alt text to the public images (company.png specifically)
? add role=”presentation” to i.fa-calendar-check
? add role=”search” to the search bar

Any ideas or suggestions?
