    Ciao, Daniele & team + Freemius;

    something appears to have changed in the interaction between your plugin Glossary + freemius, which eventually crashed my prototype last week thus:

    It appears that this might benefit from some further attention.
    I would most certainly love to go back to being able to actually use Glossary ??

  • Hi @elexem, apologies for the inconvenience. It seems like something got messed up with the storage data model. Kindly install our fixer plugin, download and send us the data dump to [support AT freemius DOT com], and then clean up the environment so you can reactivate the plugin.

    Let us know if that helped.

    Have done so (data dump in your mail) + got the response ”Freemius records successfully cleared! You are now safe to activate any Freemius-powered plugin or theme.”
    Have re-activated Glossary and the site is so far accessible without crashing, so that’s good. Will monitor the debug log for anything related coming up + let you know if anything does.
