PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_id() on bool

    But now we have this problem on Single-Site-Wordpress instance. Could you please fix it?

    It is a FATAL ERROR on payment step!!!

    as I can see, you are using versions, which are not supported from our side.

    here you can see the supported configurations

    would it be possible for you to go back to the supported versions?

    Do you mean, that we should go back to:

    WooСommerce version 3.8.0: it means 7 versions back!

    WP version 5.3: it means 4 versions back!
    – There was a security update in version 5.3.1.
    – There was a security update in version 5.3.3.
    – There were six security issues in version 5.4.1.

    PHP 7.2: it means 24 versions back!

    No, of course we are not ready to roll back to these versions. Will the next version of the plugin support new versions of the products on which it depends?

    I’m sorry, I cannot tell you any release date for next versions.
    Also I don’t know, when newer versions will be supported.

    I am in contact with the development to clarify those things and I will let you know, as soon as I have better news for you.

    I now got an answer from our developers.

    The next update will also not support all new versions, but in Q3/Q4 2020 it will most likely be supported.
    I know, this answer is probably not really satisfying for you, sorry!
    But now you have clearance, when to expect it.

    Very very very sad when the software does not support the latest technology.
