• Hi,

I’ve updated to the current version of W3 Total cache and have it network activated with browser cache, page cache, minify, object caches enabled to disk. Initially it was only activated on the parent site. I can’t seem to get it working on subsites. Not sure if there are any further setup steps i’m missing to get it to work?

I am getting a bunch of blank pgs at times on subdomains, though on some subdomains the homepage shows up. The parent site/domain is fine.

Checking the logs, I see the following error. Any ideas on solving it?

PHP Fatal error: ob_start(): Cannot use output buffering in output buffering display handlers in /wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/inc/functions/activation.php on line 362, referer: https://mysite/?repeat=w3tc

*Note: when configuring w3 total cache I got errors saying that htaccess was not writable and to add page cache and browser cache htaccess rules. I did add those manually, however, it keeps giving me the error that I need to remove my page cache rules (even though they are the updated ones). Not sure if it relates to this issue.

    Thanks in advance.
