    Hi, I’ve been using the free version of your great plugin for a while. I’ve just noticed that is producing the following error:

    [23-Jan-2021 11:02:04 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/trembolc/public_html/trembol.com/wp-content/plugins/yop-poll/admin/models/votes.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php74/usr/share/pear’) in /home/trembolc/public_html/trembol.com/wp-content/plugins/yop-poll/yop_poll.php on line 44

    I’m not a technical guy and I don’t really know what it is and how to fix it, could you help me?

    Thanks

    Hello

    The error is saying that one of the plugin files is missing.
    I am not sure how this happened.

    A solution would be to manually upload the file via ftp.

    Another solution is to delete the plugin and reinstall.
    Bu this may remove all the data (polls and votes), depending on the setting you had under Settings -> General for “Remove plugin data when uninstalling”.
