PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of

Hello,

Since last post I cannot longer load the index.php or my blog site. The admin site is okay to load. I got this error:
PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds
I changed in wp-config set time_limit (0) and increased time for execution in php.ini without any luck.

Step 2. Changing theme,.
That helped.
Why do I have problem with Yoko Theme. Is there too many plugins loading? I dont have that much, maybe 12.
