PHP Fatal Error Crashes other plugins

I want to mention, that an issue arises in our main product Quiz Maker plugin, that comes from your plugin (Elementor (PRO)).

You must contact the developer on their site, not here. They, and all plugin developers, are not permitted to have pro conversations on these community forums.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

The issue exists in the Free Version as well.
Moreover, I would like to mention that our team contacted the Elementor team via email, however haven’t received any replies. That’s why we decided to open a topic in order to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Please examine my case thoroughly. As mentioned above, we are a Plugin Development Company, not a Premium User. We do not have a Premium account.

The issue exists both in the Free and Premium Versions.
Our customers are opening topics and, even giving us a 1-star rating in WordPress because of this issue, so please look through it as soon as possible.

Also, still, we haven’t got a reply/solution for the issue to our final comment/thread (we have answered you a week ago).

Because of the simple PHP issue caused by your plugin, our customers even want us to refund our plugins.
As already mentioned, customer satisfaction is the highest priority for us and we face a situation like this for the first time.

Please check the topic and help us to find an appropriate solution to the problem.
