• Hi there,

We kept getting a periodic 502 Bad Gateway error message and contacted Synthesis. Here is their response:

“We checked your site and it is up from our end, as you can see at:
    https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/https://insertdomainname.com/

But we are seeing a fatal error from your “google-analytics-for-wordpress” plugin, please see the message below:

    2015-01-22 20:46:39.000 UTC
PHP Fatal error: Internal Zend error – Missing class information for in /var/www/insertdomainname.com/wp-content/plugins/google-analytics-for-wordpress/admin/api-libs/googleanalytics/class-api-googleanalytics.php on line 5

As this is a big problem, we recommend to deactivate or remove the plugin and contact the developers about this problem.”

We went ahead and deactivated the plugin as they suggested and Synthesis confirmed that the error message was resolved. Here is their follow up message: “We can confirm that the error is not showing anymore. My suggestion would be keep the plugin deactivated and contact the developers, they should be able to provide much more succinct, effective advice than we will.”

Any help would be much appreciated!
