    The following error has occurred many times in the error log.
    The version of the plugin is the latest. (Version 2.3.1)

    When I try to create a label, it often fails with a 524 error.

    thank you for your message and for using our plugin.

    The error message indicates that you were trying to use the “Quick-Buy” functionality to generate a shipping label for an order. Part of this functionality is to retrieve all unshipped order items and put them into the shipment which will be related to this shipping label. For some reason, the order cannot be retrieved by its ID.

    Do you maybe have a staging/test environment where we could take a look? Our email address is [email protected]
