PHP fatal error

  • Hi,

    I’ve installed the Weaver II Pro theme on a web site. When I click on Weaver II Pro Admin in the dashboard there’s a blank screen. The weaver theme addresses this problem: https://weavertheme.com/white-screen-of-death-and-weaver-ii-admin-page/

    I’m not that technical so I got in touch with my host provider who says:

    “When following the steps provided we do see a white screen and then checking the error log we can see the following:

    diabetesandexercise.net [Tue Jul 30 16:52:47 2013] [error] [client 80.1.155.227:49266] AH01215: PHP Fatal error: Cannot make static method SimplePie_Cache::create() non static in class WP_Feed_Cache in /home/sites/diabetesandexercise.net/public_html/wp-includes/class-feed.php on line 16

    You’ll need to look to correct this in order to resolve the issue.”

    I haven’t a clue what he means. I’ve asked for help but am hoping someone here could please help.
