    Hello,
    when updating my staging site to itg 3.0.0 I got this error:

    My parent theme is Divi 3.0.51 and itg 2.7.0 works like a charm with it…
    So I’m sticking to it for now. ??

    Okay, I see what is this error. Sorry about that. By the way, once you updated to v3.0.1, can you please send me your error log file? This particular error is triggered by another.

    The update should be ready in the next hours

    hi, i want tell that in wordpress V4.8 the plugin give to me this error:
    HTTP ERROR 500
    and the site is not accesible until i delete the plugin

    any idea for resolve the problem?

    Can you check your server logs to see what is exactly the nature of the error?
