    Hi @bwbama,

Can you confirm if you are making use of the new Stripe-hosted Checkout functionality here, please: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/gateway/stripe/stripe-checkout

If yes, kindly confirm if you have set the PMPRO_STRIPE_CHECKOUT_BETA_ENABLED to true in your wp-config file & if able to, do share a link to your checkout page so that we can see what is currently happening.

bwbama, thanks for the heads up on this error. We had other reports of similar issues and have released a fix for this. The 2.9.4 update includes the updated Stripe webhook handler.

When you see these errors, there is a chance that a user did not have their membership cancelled when it should have been. Note the date and time of the error, check in Stripe what cancellation happened then, and then check for a user who may have been cancelled due to failed payments or a manual action in Stripe.

I hope you were either uneffected and/or there aren’t too many of these cases for you to follow up on.

Sorry for the issue, and thanks again for using PMPro.
