• I had a major issue with the plugin after downloading the new version yesterday it would not let me even activate it due to a fatal error. I then saw you had a another release and that one worked and the plugin was able to activate. However I am getting a PHP error on the single donations page.

Warning: Missing argument 2 for give_display_checkout_button() in /home/vanhorne/public_html/wp-content/plugins/give/includes/forms/template.php on line 409

    thanks so much,
    Caroline

Hmm… that shouldn’t be happening. Can you email us your System Status? Go to “Donations > Settings” and then the System Status tab, and there’s a button to download the whole thing. Then email that to support [at] givewp.com

    Thanks!

    Hello

Just checking to see if you got my email with the system status. I am still getting the PHP error on Single donations pages. It was working before I uploaded your update?

    thanks

    Hi Caroline,

We did and we tried many times to reproduce that problem and absolutely couldn’t do it.

Here’s two things I’d like to suggest:

    1) Use our WP Rollback plugin to revert Give back to version 1.2.1

    2) Send us admin credentials using our contact form.

We’ll see what we can do from there. Thanks!

Just following up on this. We replied to your email as well.

Let us know what the latest is so we can get you up and rolling again. Thanks!

yes it works if I rollback the plugin (that is what I have it set as now) but if i update i get the PHP error message still.

Hey @carolinecalvert – would it be possible to troubleshoot on your site so I can fix the issue? If so can you send us temporary admin credentials using our contact form? Please let me know as I’d love to fix this issue for our next release.

OK no problem. Please use your own email for the username and just send us the credentials through the forms referenced above. Thanks!
