PHP Error on Login URL

    When I visit the URL that is setup to be the admin login URL, I receive the following PHP Error..
    Warning: include(/home/******/public_html/wp-login.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/******/public_html/wp-content/plugins/lockdown-wp-admin/lockdown-wp-admin.php on line 607

    Its been awhile since I have visited this site, and a WP update may have taken place since the plugin was installed.
