PHP error log getting filled up with duplicate entry errors

    I am getting a lot of errors for many different image files. Here’s a snippet from my error log:

    WordPress database error Duplicate entry ‘13471-‘ for key ‘post_id_2’ for query INSERT INTO wp_litespeed_img_optm ( post_id, optm_status, src, src_filesize )

    Could you please try destroy all optimized images , then see if you still get these logs ?
