Your old and new versions of the plugin are breaking our website. And we are in the middle of a major campaign using the listings we have in your plugin. I need your assistance ASAP as you are jeopardizing our business. In each scenario the error disappears when I deactivate the Directorist plugin. I’ve submitted support ticket a week ago and still no reply.

    Greetings,

We are sorry for the trouble.

We are working on the fixes and an update will roll out today with the fix. Please do let us know if updating doesn’t resolve the issue.

    Kind Regards,

The update Version 7.0.3.2 didn’t fix the issue. You said there was another update coming “today” but it doesn’t seem to have happened. Your customer service did finally fix something on our staging server (now very out of date for content) but didn’t bother to say what it was so now I cannot replicate the fix. Really disappointing. Meanwhile our site remains broken!

    Greetings,

    Sorry for the delayed release.

I know it is very frustrating but a release with the issues I discovered would have caused more trouble. Nonetheless, the new version 7.0.3.3 was released yesterday, please update and do let us know if the issue exists.

    Regards,
