I forgot, the graph chart on the dashboard is gone. Only thing in the Koko Analytics box is “Showing site visits over last 14 days —?View all statistics” that’s it.

    Hello Seath,

Thank you for the bug report. Can you please confirm that you are on version 1.1.2 of the plugin and have emptied your browser caches?

    Hello Danny,

Yes the version is 1.1.2 and I did clear my browser cache.

It seems that the error is triggered every time someone visits the site.

    Hope that helps.

    Hello @seath,

Do you see any error messages in your browser console? If so, could you please share them here? That would help us pinpoint the issue real quick.

If you go to the (full) Koko Analytics dashboard, do you see anything there or is it stuck at the message “Your Koko Analytics dashboard is booting up…”? Any error messages in your browser console on that page?

Actually I was wrong the error is triggered only in admin area not in the public site. I was just testing that.

This is what I get in Koko Analytics dashboard. The Koko Analytics dashboard works perfectly. The graph all info is there.

This page uses the non standard property “zoom”. Consider using calc() in the relevant property values, or using “transform” along with “transform-origin: 0 0”. index.php

    Hello @seath,

Thanks for the additional info! I am afraid that the issue is not caused by Koko Analytics itself but by one of your browser extensions. It’s hard to tell for me which one just looking at the error message, but it looks to be related to videos due to the naming of things.

You can disable your browser extensions one by one until the issue disappears to see which one is the culprit.

It is breaking the Koko Analytics dashboard widget because the error occurs before our JavaScript gets a chance to run, thus stopping any further processing.

I hope that helps you find the culprit. Let me know if you do please.

You are absolutely right. I found an old plugin in my browser I have not used in years for downloading videos and that was the problem.

Everything is working as it should now.

    Thank you for your help!

That’s awesome, happy to hear it @seath! Glad that’s resolved (and that your browser is a tiny bit faster now).

PS. I hate to ask but in case you’re liking the plugin and have a quick minute, a plugin review would be very much appreciated.
