    Please make sure you are using the latest version of BetterDocs free and pro(if any) plugin, which is currently v2.5.1

    Could you kindly provide the Site Info? To do so, please follow these steps: Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard, then proceed to Tools -> Site Health -> Info. From there, you can easily Copy Site Info to the clipboard.

    Furthermore, it would be immensely helpful if you could provide a screenshot from the BetterDocs Settings page. You can capture this screenshot using the following link as an example: https://d.pr/i/A8dY91

    3. Single Docs Permalink: Please provide the permalink structure you’ve chosen for individual documentation pages.
