When submitting the contact form, I’m getting errors in my debug log that look like this:

[14-Apr-2023 19:47:08 UTC] PHP Deprecated: Return type of WPMailSMTP\Vendor\SendinBlue\Client\Model\SendSmtpEmail::offsetExists($offset) should either be compatible with ArrayAccess::offsetExists(mixed $offset): bool, or the #[\ReturnTypeWillChange] attribute should be used to temporarily suppress the notice in /home/wp_cwwi7w/heyepiphora.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/vendor_prefixed/sendinblue/api-v3-sdk/lib/Model/SendSmtpEmail.php on line 485

There are many of them for different lines of code. Is this a bug that will be fixed soon?

    Hi @epiphora

    Thanks for reaching out.

I have shared this with our developers, but in the meantime:

    • Please confirm that you are using the latest version of WP Mail SMTP.
    • Do you receive an error message when sending a test email?
    • What contact form are you using that triggers that error message?

    Hi @epiphora

    Thank you for your patience.

Our developers have confirmed that we are updating the Sendinblue SDK in our next release, so these deprecated PHP 8 notices should be resolved.

We apologise for the inconvenience in the meantime.
