PHP Cookies not working properly

    Hi!

    I am having some problem with php cookies option that allows user to vote once.
    It seems that it is working on Safari browser / but not always / and it’s not working on any other browsers for no reason ?? We can’t identify from where the problem is. Can you advice us how can we make sure that we can have it working on all browsers. Website is -> https://dev.seriescon.it
