PHP Compatibility Checker raises issues for PHP above v5.6

I am preparing for upgrading my web site to PHP 8.0 and therefore I installed PHP Compatibility Checker v1.6.1 and launched a scan that raises the following error for all PHP versions above v5.5 (including PHP 8.0)
