Hi @danhurdprospecting ,
Apologies for the inconvenience. Could you please answer the following questions so that we can know more about this problem? We tested internally on our development servers but were unable to reproduce multiple email issues.
- Which email has been sent multiple times?
- Could you please answer the following questions:
-> How many auction products have you added?
-> Has this problem happened for each product?
-> How many bids did you place?
- Since each WordPress site is unique and has a theme and many plugins installed, it might be possible that due to some CSS/JavaScript conflict on your site, this error is happening. If it is possible for you to share the details below, it would be really helpful to solve your problem.
-> Please create a test auction product and share its URL with us. We will check it and let you know.
-> Could you please share the Woocommerce System Report? It can be found – at WP Admin > Woocommerce > Status > Get System Report. This will help us analyze the WordPress setup that you are running and will give us an idea if WP and related software used are using the latest version or not.
-> When you update the PHP version, does the auction plugin display an error message at the admin dashboard or front end? If yes, then please share the screenshot or video for it. So, we will get more ideas about this problem.
-> Could you please share the Woocommerce Error log with us? You can now access error logs by going to Woocommerce > System Status > Logs. You can then select the error log file you need and click “View”.
Since it is personal information of your site, please answer the above queries using this contact form. We will check it and update you.
Thank You
