php code is running twice

    My problem is that php code is running twice
    So if I use any of form – action is running twice and users are confused,

    for example – I use mingle plugin:
    If anybody want to signup – the account is created and then is mingle trying created second time the same account – user see error that this account is already created

    it’s the same in TDO mini form – action is runing twice

    what is solution of this problem?
