When updating the php files for my theme, I get the following error message:

“Unable to communicate back with the site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.”

Every time I make a change to ANY php file I have to disable your plug-in, make the change and then re-enable it. When will a fix be available?

I have created a testing environment if you provide me your email, first name and last name I can give you access to the site to check the plugin issue.

    Thanks.

    Hi Vanaja,

Please note that the development team has recreated the issue, they are currently working to fix it. There is no need for the admin access or test environment.

We will solve the issue and will provide feedback.

    Have a nice day.

    Hi,

Thank you so much. It worked. ?? How do I know that there is an updated version released in the future? I am using the Spider FAQ plugin for our website, which is very important.
I don’t want any problem in the future.

    Regards,

    Vanaja
