PHP 8: Design issues

The theme does not fully support PHP 8. If upgrading, my website looks terrible and no chance to fix it. I hope I can still stay for a while with PHP 7 – the last update of Bento theme was in September 2020. No response from the developer. Can you suggest any other theme similar to Bento?
