PHP 8+ compatibility

    At the moment this plugin does NOT work with PHP 8 or above.

    If you have upgraded to PHP 8 and it appears to be fine, it’s likely that this due to the plugin’s internal caching – once this expires, videos will stop working.

    The workaround for now is downgrade your PHP version (7.4, for example) and then change the plugin caching (found in Settings -> YouTube Embed) to 0, which will cause it to clear.

    In due course I will test and fix for PHP 8 but, right now, I don’t have a timescale for this.
