php 8 compatibility?

    The plugin seems not to be compatible with php8 currently… I receive the following error when accessing the settings:

    FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Uncaught TypeError: call_user_func_array(): Argument #1 ($callback) must be a valid callback, function “wp_welcome_panel” not found or invalid function nam

    We should be fully compatible as we develop everything under PHP8+. How did you trigger this error? We were not able to replicate this on our end.
