    Hi there,
We’re trying to update our environment to php 8.1.9.
Envira is the last plugin preventing us to do it.

    Could you guys solve it?

Here is what the log throws, with WordPress 6.0.1 and php 8.1.9 running:

  • Hi, @schwipps!

    Thanks for writing in!

Judging by the errors you’re showing, you’re using the premium version of Envira, right? (I see mention of albums, etc.)

If so, can you tell me what version of the core plugin you’re using? Our dev team is using PHP 8.1.9 with the latest version (1.9.4.7), and isn’t running into issues as of now.

Feel free to write in to our official support channel, as well, which you can do through this link.

    Hi @atdugan,
We actually use the 1.8.5.7 version, but didn’t pay for the premium version for a while.
We’ll give a try with a renewed subscription, thus the latest premium version.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi, @schwipps!

    Excellent!

That should do the trick. But if you run into any issues, please write to us at the link above, and our support team will be there to help out!

    Hi,

Actually, we switched from Pro to the Basic plan, since we realized we didn’t need more. unfortunately, I can’t seem to update the license.
From the WordPress admin page, it keeps stating: “Your license key type for this site is pro.”
How can I set that new keep, and switch back to our basic plan?

    Thanks

    Hi, @schwipps!

My apologies for the delayed response.

Please reach out to our support team through the official support channel; there is currently an issue with our licensing system that is preventing users from deactivating expired licenses. Our team is working on fixing that, but the support team will be able to assist you in the meantime.

    Hi,

    I’m fine now.
As explained in the ticket opened through your ‘official support channel’, I finally successfully activated my new licence.

I needed to empty the current key field from the WordPress Admin > Envira Gallery > Settings > Envira Licence Key field, then SAVE the settings page. Verify key or Deactivate key buttons have no effect at that point.

Then I could set the new key, retrieved from the Envira Gallery account.
NOT from the confirmation received by email, where a key is embedded, this actually being the invoice unique ID.
